Google makes me happy

No kidding. Google Analytics gives me a real picture of the world's interest in Yakutia. For past July days, people visited YakutiaToday.com from as many as 90 cities of 38 nations. You may see that in the above-posted picture.

Top 10 abroad cities: 1) Birmingham, 2) Bucharest, 3) New York, 4) London, 5) Los Angeles, 6) Shinjuku, 7) Zurich, 8) Quebec, 9) Klagenfurt, 10) Ad Dammam.

The PDF file with full analytics provided.

Found out that Bucharest is interested much in the far away Siberian region. Think those site visitors might be students who are arriving in Yakutsk for the international mathematical Olympiad "Tuymaada." Hello, guys of Bucharesti, if you're reading these lines right now, just know: I am going to your city in August.

Google Analytics

On July 1, YakutiaToday.com acquired a Google Analytics account.

The reason is simple. Hotlog.ru and Webalizer Program didn't surpass our expectations for profound web statistics. Actually, they are ok. They give us an idea of the traffic. However, later we have to develop this idea ourselves. We need data, but exact, precise, accurate, whatever.

So we joined the highly praised service and now we wonder "Is it really trustworthy and reliable?" Who knows? If anyone has experience with Google Analytics, just let us know.
