Performer Info:
A lead singer with Yakutia's Suorun Omallon State Opera and Ballet Theater. Her name is a household name in the republic, her youthful talent making her the darling of the local opera lovers.
Despite her young age, Adamova is already a People's Artist of the Republic and a proud third place winner of the 1994 Juliano Gayarre international singers competition in Pamplona, Spain. In 1995 Jose Garreras invited her on a tour of several Spanish cities and in 1999 Aitalina became the winner of the Leonid Sobinov international competition in Saratov, Russia, and bowed out with the second place award of the 16th Canegli international competition in Sulmona, Spain. In 2000 Aitalina Adamova won the third prize and listeners' prize singing in the 12th Boris Khristov international contest in Sofia, Bulgaria. Finally, she gained her biggest award winning the 12th Tchaikovsky international competition in Moscow in 2002.
