FFMS registers a placement report of Sakhatransneftegaz debut RUB 1.12bn bond issue
The Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) has registered a placement report of a debut RUB 1.12bn bond issue of Sakhatransneftegaz OJSC, the FFMS informs.
The issue included 1.5 mln bonds of RUB 1,000 par. The first coupon rate was set at 11.9% at the placement auction.
The bonds were placed on December 6, 2006, by public subscription. Its state registration number is 4-01-65075-D dated September 29, 2006. The maturity is 3 years.
October 31, 2006, Sakhatransneftegaz signed a general cooperation agreement with OMZ Oil and Gas Projects (Izhorskie Plants) under which the companies will set up a gas chemical production on the territory of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The implementation of the project will enable Sakhatransneftegaz to up its transportation of natural gas 2.5-fold; average annual proceeds, with sales of the plant's products, will surpass RUB 600 mln by 2010.
Sakhatransneftegaz was founded in 2003 to control the main gas pipeline Sredne-Viluyskoye Gas-Condensate Field - Yakutsk, including the associated infrastructure. The enterprise is controlled by Yakutia's authorities. In 2005, proceeds from sales totaled RUB 916.1 mln, loss was RUB 3.9 mln.
