DGK will place the bonds in March
Far Eastern Generating Company (DGK, Sakha) is going to launch the first issue of bonds in the volume of 5bn rub. Mar. 14, the company informed.
In Aug. 2007 the issue and prospectus of the bonds was registered as covering 5mln bonds of 1ths rub. par and 5 years in the maturity. The bonds will be placed through the open offering at par. The attangers involve Rosbank and KIT Finance.
Far Eastern Generating Company was registered in Dec. 2005 as being formed with the energetics restructuring in the Far East.
DGC involves Amurenergo, Khabarovskenergo, Dalenergo, LuTEK, Neryungrinskaya GRES and heat assets. It provides the energy transfer to Khabarovsky and Primorsky regions, Amursky reg., Jewish autonomous region and Sakha.
It is one fo the largest regional generating companies in Russia and major participant of the energy market in the Far Eeast. it covers 5 regions.
Along with Far Estern Dispatching Grid Company it is a sub of Far Eastern Energy Company providing corporate management over DGK and DRSK. It has 5.841ths MW in the capacity; output of electric energy coming to 21.5bn kWh and heat - to 22.3mln Gcal/y.
