Candidates to combined team of Russia for Youth Forum in Japan were determined in Primorye
VLADIVOSTOK. In the All-Russian children's center "Ocean" the special session for pretenders for participation in the "Youth Eight" from Russia finished. This youth meeting will be held in Japan in summer before the "Great Eight" Summit.
As the press-service of the Primorsky Territory Administration reported to RIA PrimaMedia, 90 students of high school from the Far-Eastern regions were invited to "Ocean." Students were taught by the Professors of the Far-Eastern and St.-Petersburg State Universities, workers of the Consulate of Japan, representatives of the center "Ocean."
During lectures, discussions, contests, trainings, which were held during the shift, problems of ecology, preservation of the World Ocean, topics of relations between countries, participation of youth in political life and economic development of society were raised.
On results of the session eight young men and girls were called the best. Among them there are representatives of the Kamchatka, Khabarovskiy Territories, Magadan, Sakhalin, Yakutia and two students from Primorye.
At the same time organizers keep the contest intrigue: names of pretenders in the youth combined team will be known after an official invitation of them to the third tour, which will be held in April in St.-Petersburg and in Moscow.
