Sulus Ltd Info

It took just short time to make people around the world playing Xango Tango. The important achievement is that the Unshnizkies acquired public recognition and they are full of tremendous ideas to make another masterpieces.

Brothers Alexei and Afanasiy are modest, but talented programmers and they are very happy about Xango Tango’s commercial success. Twins answered our questions.

- Why did PC game users like your product so much? What’s so special about the puzzle?
- Xango Tango is very simple to play and it doesn’t contain any violence.

- How much time did you spend for developing this game?
- We had been working for 9 months.

- How did you find Freeze Tag Inc, the company that promotes your game right now?
- Thanks to our previous game Boxy Goxy, Freeze Tag representatives got interested in our workings. Last November we participated in Casuality East Europe International Conference in Kiev and signed two contracts on development of games. Next year our game will be translated into German, Russian and Japanese languages.

- How much did Freeze Tag pay for your product?
- According to the contract, we are not allowed to disclose the size of fee. But I dare to say the figure does not contain many zeros. We have some percent of sale income.

- Where is it possible to buy your product?
- Online, at MSN, AOL, Pogo and PC games real-shops.

- What’s the prize of your game?
- $19.99.

- Why is it so expensive?
- Actually, this is a standard price for casualty games. However, in Russia we’ve already seen hacked copies just for 3 bucks each.

- The production of casualty games seems very lucrative business...
- Just an example. Zuma brought in an income of about 20 million dollars to its creators. But that was the game that consumers liked very much. We had developed Boxy Goxy before and it didn’t get success. Nevertheless, we ought to give this project our due. Thanks to BG we scrutinized PC games market, found the publisher and did a little advertising.

- How did your parents react to your success?
- They are very aware of our activities. That success didn’t appear any surprise. However, we have to admit they’re just happy.

- How are you going to spend your revenue?
- We plan to invest 99,9% of earnings into our business.

- Do you have your own company?
- Yes, we do. That’s Sulus LLC. We deal with programming, computer graphics, animation, games development. Right now we are working on the project Virtual National Arts Museum. Soon it will be possible to visit the museum staying at home.

- Are you eager to cooperate with Russian distributors?
- Yes, for sure. We would like to conclude such contracts.

- Now tell us about yourself. When did you start with programming?
- We were 15-year-old schoolboys. Now we are 21 years old only.

- Do you plan to leave Yakutia and move to Moscow or the USA?
- No, we don’t want to move somewhere else. Our dream is that Yakutia shouldn’t export diamonds only, but intellectual products as well. Latter cost much more, by the way.

- Do you think it is possible to stay in Yakutsk and develop more complicated games like strategies, arcades or quests?
- To make such games, we need enormous investments – not less $1 million. So it is the priority of big corporations.

- What do you plan to do since now?
- We are working on two projects that don’t have even names. For instance, we wish to make the game in the Yakut style. We shared the idea with American investors and got interested in it. Besides, we are invited to teach computer graphics for local students – at Yakutsk Arts College, Arctic Institute of Culture and Arts, Yakutsk State University and Yakutsk State Engineering and Technical Institute.
