Merited actress of the RF, laureate of the State Prize of the RS (Y), people's actress of the RS (Y) Stepanida Borisova is a bright drama actress. She possesses a unique singing gift. She acts as a rock star, or folk performer. She was born and grew in Yakutia, graduated the Tshepkin Moscow Theater College. Her best parts are: Kyys Debiliye in the Kyys Debiliye, Shen De and Shoi Da in the Kind Man from Sezuan, Daiyys in Nikolay Dorogunov – Human Child.
In the 80s when singing of Stepanida Borisova entred the drama performances of the Theater she became more popular. She used to sing before, but her talent gained a new quality in the performances of Andrey Borisov. It became the most important not only for the whole play but for herself too. Her brilliant skills of plastic structure of parts now stepped back. She paid more attention to the intonation level that embodies the idea of the performance. The actress expresses what the stage manager hopes for the best way. She creates images of the epic scale filled with light lyricism everyone can understand.
