NPU-1000 MODULAR OIL DISTILLER
 The oil distiller has a working capacity of 1,000 metric ton a year of a crude oil. It is designed for local users of oil products, who have an access to a crude oil. It has an original electric heating system. It does not have rectifying tower nor water and sewer system. The pressure in the distiller is on the level of an atmospheric pressure or even below it. It is also an environment friendly because of usage of natural zeolite cartridges. The power consumption is about 5o kW, 60 kW at installation. The return on the investment takes about half a year. It is made in N. Besty not far from Yakutsk.
The variants of modifications
- Diesel fuel (40 per cent), heating oil (55 per cent), gasoline-solvent (5 per cent). There are neither vacuum nor oxidizing components.
- Diesel fuel (40 per cent), gasoline-solvent (7-10 per cent), base oils (15-20 per cent), bitumen (30-35 per cent) - BDN 130/210 – 90/130.
- Base oils (30-40 per cent), bitumen (60-65 per cent) – from mazut.
