ETG-1.2 – 220 ELECTRIC HEAT GENERATOR
It is designed for a electric heating of an agricultural buildings, a mobile homes, a reindeer herders and a fisherman houses, lodges, and greenhouses etc.
The full set includes an electric heat generator type ETG – 1.2 – 220 of a special construction, with a standard or an aluminum ten sectional radiator, a protective valve, and an electric input cord.

HEAT-RESISTANT POLYMER ELECTROCONDUCTING MATERIAL WITH SELF-REGULATION OF HEATING TEMPERATURE
Applications Material is intended for manufacturing of a heat releasing elements in electric heaters, like production of heating cables, for example.
Advantages The composition of the material provides the stabilization of the temperature without a help of the thermostat – effect of self-regulation.
The effect of self – regulation. Is reached by choice of components in the composition and is characterized by temperature – dependency of the electric properties of the material ( TKC).
The effect of self – regulation allows:
- to save the electric energy by using from 1.5 to 2 times less electricity than a heater working on the constant power,
- to produce the heat at the necessary place and in necessary quantities,
- to provide the fire safety because the heater does not overheat in the event of the increased voltage or in the case of problems with a heat exchange.
Characteristics Depending on the composition and designation the material has following characteristics:
- a specific electric resistance 10.2 – 102 Ohm/m;
- a positive thermal coefficient of resistance ( TCR) –10-2- 10-3 grad1;
- the thermal limits of the self-regulation 120 to220 degrees C;
- the material is stable in an extreme environment.
Applications In the natural gas, oil, and chemical industries as well as in residential buildings can be used for heating pipelines, water installations, industrial installations etc. working in the low temperature environment. It is also used in the hot water boilers. This material has been also tested in heaters of airplanes and the oil heaters. It is offered as a ready for use material and НДТ for serial production of heating equipment. The price depends on the type and the purpose of the production.
