ANTIFRICTION POLYMER MATERIALS
The short description: The Nonmetal Materials Institute has been working for a long time on an antifriction materials and constructions of a friction units, which are designed for a work in the extreme conditions. In the temperature range from –60 degrees C to 250 degrees C, in the pressure to 70 M PASCAL's, in general to work in a difficult conditions. The materials have been developed on the base of| a domestic industrially manufactured thermoplastic materials, PTFE among others. In comparison with a initial PTF the developed materials have an increased wear resistance (100 – 300 times), and good deformational strength. In an order to obtain those materials was developed technology, which incorporates in the processing mechanical activation of components of a composite what allows with the low grade of the filling of the polymer binder to enhance many times its working performance. The utilized components have an active properties, which in the process of friction, and wear allow adaptation to the conditions of a operation. There are works in the area of mechanics of a friction and a wear of a polymer composites, including a control of a friction properties.
Applications The developed materials are used as sealants and bearings of sliding in conditions of a limited lubrication or in a dry friction in a dry friction units of a heavy machinery (bulldozers, dump trucks, excavators), in the equipment used in mines, oil industry, in geophysical instruments for a land and see explorations, in a drilling machinery and heave transport planes Maria and Ruslan.

LUBRICATING MATERIAL
The short description: The lubricating material is designed for enhancing the tribotechnical characteristics, longevity, and reliability of the friction units of machines and mechanisms working in the conditions of the cold climate.
The change in the friction factor depends on the percentage content of an additive and the size of diamond particles. In the 1/1, 1/2, 3/1 - in the numerator is the number of a counter body; in the denominator is the number of a sample. The lubricating material contains the base oils with an additive in the form of a micro powdered natural industrial grade diamonds.
It is known, that a fine synthetic diamond dust gives the machine oil lubricant unbelievably high antifriction qualities. Crystals of the super dispersed diamond dust in the new technology are obtaining the oval like form. These particles work in the lubricant like balls in the ball bearing.
Samples of the lubricating materials were made on the low temperature viscous lubricants CIATIM – 201, CIATIM – 203.
The physical interaction between the particles of a diamond dust and micro fissures of the surface of the product binds one to another. That diminishes a micro unevenness of the surface, micro roughness of the surface became smoother, and working characteristics of a lubricant are enhanced.
