Financing:
- the municipal budget financed the chief's and Tugut LTO tutor's salary for the years 2004-2005's summer period 84 000 roubles.,

In 2005 γξδσ the republican budget financed:
- children's transportation 87 000 roubles;
- organising rest and recreation for children in Tugut LTO including dull board - 69 300 roubles.
In 2006 with the support of GURO FSS of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and the Department for Indigenous People of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) 17 reindeer herder children rested at the Abiral republican health centre in Yakutsk city during winter holidays.

- Batagay-Yakutsk-Batagay travel expenses 120 000 roubles paid by the Department for Indigenous People of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

Educational process: In winter camp education is organised at an interim educational base in two stages: November - 1 stage; March - 2 stage; May, June, July, August - 3 stage, organising rest and recreation at a field camp. During the first and second stages an educational elective course using the "Satabil" technology is organised at Tuostah educational base with learning useful practical skills. Summer vacation programme includes educational-learning process and students' scientific work.
Material and technical base: wooden school building 30 sq.m. at Tuostah interim base; living buildings 3 (90 sq.m.); kitchen 1 (30 sq.m.); bath-house 2 (20 sq.m.); utility building 1 (16 sq.m.). Educational and technical equipment 6 desks, 11 chairs, 1 blackboard, television set, satellite television receiver equipment; educational, fiction and non-fiction literature - 100 books.; sport equipment: sledges 6, rope 1, volley-balls 2, λϋζθ 10. |
